After the successful turnaround in only a few months, which is huge accomplishment in itself for a multi-million dollar company, he noticed the plant ran much smoother when he took the day off. After his huge success in the turnaround, D.C. was asked to aid in the acquisition of a local mom and pop Dry Cleaning Business. The project consisted of a rehab and process improvement of a large commercial building and a complete business integration. This is where he discovered that his true passion was in real estate. After this project was complete, D.C. left the business to pursue his MBA in marketing, Finance, and Management.

At the graduate school of Pepperdine University, D.C. was an integral part of developing a curriculum for real estate investing for the school. D.C. served as portfolio manager for the school’s Stock Investment Fund. Here he learned that real estate beats the stock market as an investment hands down.

D.C. has been investing in Real Estate since 1996 and is an expert in foreclosure investing, creative finance, low cost direct response marketing, negotiating to win, and business automation systems.
