Balázs Havasi has set a new Guinness World Records achievement for the most piano key hits in a minute, by hitting the same piano key 498 times within 60 seconds.
The record was performed during the Symphonic Red Concert Show featuring 80 classical musicians, a 40-piece choir, ancient Japanese percussion instruments, 12 soloists from a variety of countries, ranging from Armenia to India and a rock drummer. The attempt took place at the Hungarian Music Academy in Budapest, Hungary, on 29 November 2009. Guinness World Records adjudicator Andrea Banfi was present to award him with his certificate.
